| With the vigorous development of photovoltaic industry,automatic welding machine is one of the core equipments of solar PV module automation production line,its main function is to connect the positive and negative batteries through the welding wire in series.Automatic welding technology of solar cells string has become one of the key technologies in PV module manufacturing.In order to realize the automatic welding of the PV module,it is necessary to solve the automatic feeding of the battery and the welding ribbon.However,it is necessary to complete the automatic positioning during the automatic feeding process of the Solar cells.In the same way,it is necessary to complete welding flux coating and fixed length feeding;the automatic transportation of the solar cell strings directly restricts the normal operation of the follow-up process.High-speed,high-precision solar cells positioning correction algorithm,welding ribbon pre-treating technology and cell strings automatic transporting have become the key technologies to affect the quality and efficiency of PV module manufacturing.In this paper,the welding technology,solar cells positioning technology,welding ribbon pre-treating technology and cells string automatic transporting technology are in-depth studied.First of all,the cells string welding technology of the UHF electromagnetic induction is put forward on the basis of understanding the PV module manufacturing process and the solar cells welding process,and fully absorbed the foreign components of the solar cells welding technology.The flexible compression technology is used to prevent the free uplift broken of the cells during the welding process,and then the structural design of the welding mechanism is completed.Secondly,in order to avoid the repeated transmission and discharge operation during the transmission of the solar cells and the production of fragments,the non-contact visual inspection technology is used for the analysis of the cells carrier azimuth deviation,based on the analysis of the battery structure and compared to the previous solar cells correction algorithm,the average detection method is designed based on the edge of the battery chip,taking into account the contour factors of the cells and the main grid factors,improve the positioning accuracy of the cells detection.Secondly,the flux removes the oxide of the surface the main grid and welding ribbon and isolates the oxygen in the air to prevent further oxidation.It is as much as possible to ensure the good contact of the welding ribbon and solar cells.The coating method and the drying process of the flux are studied,the leveling process of the welding ribbon is applied,the intermittent precision fixed length cutting of the welding ribbon,and so on.Through the above technology,the special equipment is designed and the welding Processing quality.On the basis of analyzing the follow-up process of the solar cells,the automatic transport device of the solar cells strings is designed.Finally,The key technology presented in the paper has been experimentally verified using of C++ MFC module and UG software,to provide a reference for the research of the domestic high level of PV welding equipment. |
