Subsea helicon-axial multiphase pump is a new multiphase transportation technology used in deep and ultra deep sea.In order to meet the need of ocean high gas wells and marginal oilfield,the subsea helicon-axial multiphase pump was designed based on our laboratory down-hole helicon-axial multiphase pump.Firstly,after the comparison of two kinds of the motor and pump resettlement program,and determine the overall layout of unit structure scheme.Compared two plans of the axial arrangement of pump booster unit and determined the booster unit axial clamp arrangement.Design the motor power of centrifugal impeller installed in the pump shaft end,in order to provide power for cooling and lubricating oil circulation,then the motor and shaft coupling was chosen.Secondly,comparing two modes of cooling and lubricating and the power mode of cooling and lubricating provided by the motor was confirmed.The design and analysis on external pressure of cooling and lubricating pipelines was completed.Based on temperature gradient and the fourier law and the heat conduction theory of the thin walled cylinder,the calculation of cooling pipe heat transfer rate was completed.Thirdly,the subsea helicon-axial multiphase pump,s main structure was designed and checked,including the pump shaft,keys,shell,and other parts.The drawing and the three-dimensional plot of the parts was finished.Through the analysis of the helicon-axial pump axial force balance of the three kinds of way,determine the balance of axial force balance hole and balance drum combination.The axial fore calculation way of screw axial flow pump was given by analyzing the different pressure of the inlet and outlet of pump,the liquid counteracting force and the gravity of the impeller.The balancing drum was designed and the drawing was given.This paper analyze the disclosure place of the subsea helicon-axial multiphase pump,and design the corresponding metal ring gasket seal,o-rings seal and container seal.The proofread of the selection and lifetime checking of bearing was accomplishedFinally,base on the basis of theoretical analysis,using ANSYS software to have strength checking on shell,and the diameter and thickness of the shell for parameters optimization analysis.At last,to complete the three-dimensional model for all parts and assembly and assembly interference check. |
