At present,oil and gas field exploitation required increasingly high pressure levels of fracturing,and the fracturing equipment is becoming increasingly larger and higher power.one of the key technology is fracturing truck researching.Fracturing truck fitted with heavy equipment pass through the bumps and rugged road,its travelling and working conditions are very bad,so the chassis requires higher performance.This paper addresses these problems by analyzing the chassis performance matching and improving the strength of the frame.First,analyzing the fracturing truck chassis performance matching,the purpose is to ensure the fracturing car to pass a bumpy road of through rugged,power,stability,braking performance and so on.Integrating the theory with practice,finding the fracturing truck’s design requirements and principles of general arrangement,combined with the chassis performance calculation and matching methods,designing matching software of vehicle chassis performance evaluation.It provides a fast and accurate platform of the performance improving and computing.Secondly,using the stiffness of the spring element to simulate the suspension damping,and establishing a effective finite element model of the frame,analyzing the structural strength of fracturing truck frame in the six conditions(including full curved,full reverse,full brake,full turn,big jobs and fourth and eighth gear of pump operations),at last finding the weak parts of the frame strength by finite element analysis results,and testing the reliability of the finite element model through field trials.Finally,analyzing the fatigue life of multi-conditions,solving the fatigue damage and fatigue life of fracturing truck when driving and working condition.Co MParing several fatigue analysis methods,combined with practical problems,learning from each other.Using ANSYS Fatiguelife to calculate the fatigue life of six conditions to obtain fatigue dangerous parts.According to Miner criteria,get the fatigue damage accumulation value of 4 nodes ofthe six condition,and finally calculate the fatigue life(number of tasks and the number of years),and to identify the location of fatigue damage and cause of fatigue damage of the six conditions,and accordingly make recommendations to improve the life of fracturing truck.Calculating methods and analyzingl methods can be used as a reference of special car performance and strength analyzing.
