| Offshore platform is a basic facility of the development of ocean oil and gas resources,it is also the base of production and living.The wind,wave and current under the action of dynamic load may produce excessive vibration response,and influent the safety and reliability of the platform.In the pursuit of investment benefit,it needs to study and explore new design theory and method.Jacket offshore platform as an offshore platform structure form is widely used in offshore oil development in the world.The jacket as a part of the pile foundations,can ensure the overall stability of platform structure,so the research about the different type legs of jacket structure of pile group and the jacket sleeve connection form has important practical significance.In this paper,a jacket platform in the east China sea as an object,through the study of actual environmental data joint return periods,I used the structure analysis software SACS to make two jacket platform models of the most common types platforms,on the premise of guarantee all outside constraints,calculation and analysis of two platforms in the static analysis,dynamic response analysis,fatigue analysis as well as the amount of steel platform.In fully considering the structural stiffness,I made the optimization design under the strength and stability based on constraints of platform components,and compared which is the most suitable jacket platform leg structure for the east China.The results show that the stress ratio reflects the stress situation of structures,the overall computing results are conservative,so jacket leg and pile the actual stress is smaller than calculated values;In the same environmental conditions,inclined straight jacket leg of the maximum stress ratio is 0.75,the maximum stress of inclined jacket leg ratio is 0.66,two kinds of jacket leg type meet the requirements,but inclined straight jacket leg type is more stable.In accordance with the requirements of the design of use fixed number of year,fatigue life of inclined straight jacket leg platform is about twice inclined platform jacket leg.Inclined straight jacket leg platform under the condition of the steel quantity is relatively small,it is still better in the various aspects.So in the case of only considered stress,inclined straight jacket platform is more suitable for the east China sea.On this basis,through the finite element software ANSYS,I modeled the two types of the most common skirt sleeves,only from the perspective of the static analysis,compared the analysis of two forms(that is,the shear plate connections and pipe connection),the results show that the pipe connection of the jacket and skirt pile legs is better.This article used the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to make the above conclusions,the optimization of the actual project goals,namely reduce the amount of steel,oil field development to reduce costs,improve yields,has the practical reference significance. |
