In this study,with the biomass pyrolysis oil as raw material,preparation of emulsion fuel oil was researched.And the general properties,the composition and the stability of the biomass pyrolysis oil were analyzed.The optimal experimental condition for the pretreament of taking off the ash of biomass pyrolysis oil was determined on the basis of the results of the properties of raw material.And the properties using different additives were compared.Preparation of emulsion fuel oil was studied using biomass pyrolysis after pretreatment.Then the optimal experimental condition and the properties of emulsified fuel oil were investigated.In this paper,the systematic assessment and analysis of biomass pyrolysis oil industrial product showed that: the oxygen content was 22.84%.The water content was 7.7%.And the acid value was 33.56 mgKOH·g-1.The low calorific value of the biomass pyrolysis was 28.71 MJ·kg-1.The raw material had a poor environmental performance.The total contents of the eightkinds of the PAHswas156.5 mg·kg-1,while the contents of the BaP was20.8 mg·kg-1.And it had the poor stability.There would be a certain amount of water separated If the oil was stored for a long time.The study on the pretreament of taking off the ash of biomass pyrolysis oil showed that the optimal experimental temperature was 50? when the sieve mesh number was 200 Compared NaOH solution with the homemade depickling solvent,which was as the additive to reduce the acid value of raw material,the result showed that when the depickling solvent was as the additive,the effect of pretreated program was relatively better.The optimum conditions is that when the experimental temperature was 50?and the experimental time was 15 min,4 percent of homemade depickling solvent could reduce the acid value of the biomass pyrolysis oil to 1.75 mgKOH·g-1.Research and investigation on the emulsifying properties using the biomass pyrolysis oil which was pretreated.5 single emulsifiers(Tween80,Tween20,Span80,Span20 and OP-10)were selected from a lot of single emulsifiers by a large number of exporation experiments among the mounts of ordinary emulsifiers.By pairwise combinatorial among different single emulsifiers,the result showed that when Tween80 and OP-10 were mixed,which the ratio was 1:1,the emulsifying effect of the oil was best.The optimal experimental conditions for emulsification were that amount of the mixed emulsifiers was 3%;Emulsification temperature was 50?;Emulsification time was 15min;the speed of the centrifuge was 2000 r·min-1;there were not co-emulsifiers and electrolytes.The research on the combustion performance and the the general properties of emulsion fuel oil showed that: The kinematic viscosity of emulsion fuel oil was bigger than raw material.As the temperature increase,the kinematic viscosity was decreased rapidly.The emulsion fuel oil had more advantages than raw material basing on the experiment analysis result.The ignition temperature of emulsion fuel oil was more lower than the raw material's ignition temperature,which the ignition temperature of emulsion fuel oil was 194? while the ignition temperature of raw material is 202?.It could suggest that the flammability between the raw material and the emulsion fuel oil were almost the same by compared with the flammability index,but the stable-combustion of the the emulsion fuel oil was not as good as raw material by compared with stable-combustion index.The burnout of the two kinds of oils were equal basing on the burnout index.
