| Steam injection is one of the effective measurement in heavy oil reservoir development.For some of heavy and high pour point oil reservoir,with the process of the steam injection,the temperature,pressure and the properties of the fluid in the steam and reservoir changed,leading to the deposits of resin,asphaltene and various pulggings,Finally,with the injection pressure of the steam raised,the recovery of the reservoir deceased.The technology of low frequency hydraulic pulse wave pulgging removal is one of the effective technology of physical vibration pulgging removal,especially in the pulgging removal process of the near-well-bore,so low frequency hydraulic pulse wave pulgging removal present a new approach for the pulggings of organic-inorganic in the high pressure injection well.However,little literatures aiming at the mechanisms and kinetics of low frequency hydraulic pulse wave pulgging removal,and lack of the theoretical guidance.So the basic theories of wave mechanical,fractal geometry,chemistry and etc.was combinated to study the mechanisms and kinetics of ow frequency hydraulic pulse wave pulgging removal for organic-inorganic pulggings.Firstly,the transmission dynamics of low frequency hydraulic pulse wave was studied,the parameters of low frequency hydraulic pulse wave was derived;the removal mechanisms and kinetics of granular deposits on the surface of the reservoirs was illustrated on the micro level.Secondly,the technical parameters of hydraulic pulse wave assisted with chemical was optimized by the orthogonal experiment of asphaltene removal,the kinetics of adorption and desorption of asphaltene and hydraulic pulse wave pulgging removal was obtain by the experiment and equation fitting of adorption and desorption of asphaltene and hydraulic pulse wave pulgging removal,the result shown that the process of adsorption and desorption assisted with hydraulic pulse wave is not fit with first-order reaction,but the comprehensive process controlled by rate of reaction and diffusion factor;so the strippant and hydraulic pulse wave promoted each other.Thirdly,the properties of the surface of mineral before and after acidification assisted with hydraulic pulse wave was studied by fractal geometry;after the experiment of acidification assisted with hydraulic pulse wave,the fractal dimension of the surface was increased,the structure of the particle surface are more disorder,and the speed and intensity of reaction assisted with hydraulic pulse wave was strengthen.Fourthly,the model of acid-rock reaction dynamics of static was established,the curve was fitting by the experimental data,and the mechanisms of acidification assisted with hydraulic pulse wave was revealed.Finally,the kinetics model of pulggings of inorganic removal by acidification assisted with hydraulic pulse wave was established basing on the properties of rock and fluid under the hydraulic pulse wave and the acidification of rock and acid,the cases were calculated and analyzed,especially for some sensitivity parameters,such as frequency,amplitude,and so on.In conclusion,theory basis was established for the application of hydraulic pulse wave assisted with chemical of steam injection well in heavy oil reservoir. |
