With the development of oil and gas exploration and development to the deep well and super deep well,on the one hand,rate of penetration is not high in hard and abrasive formations;On the other hand,PDC bit have serious stick-slip phenomenon.How to solve the problem of drilling in hard formation of oil and gas field,is a subject of drilling experts widespread concern at home and abroad.From the point of rock damage theory,torsional impact drilling technology is one of the most effective way to solve today's oil and gas well drilling in hard formation,is of great significance to improve the efficiency of drilling.On the basis of collecting relevant data,this study summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing torsional impact tool,this paper proposes a set of new technology of compound drilling,that is a collection of machinery,hydraulic jet and torsional impact of three methods for rock fragmentation,and developed hydraulic torsional impact generator.Using the 3 d drawing software Solidworks and 3 d printing tools for the structural design;Using the Fluent software for simulation analysis to internal flow field;To characterize the multiple features of tool performance parameters for the theoretical calculation;Using advanced CNC machining center tools for the processing,assembly and debugging;Combined with laboratory experiments,determined the various characteristic parameters,and compared with the theoretical calculation value.Through the experimental results,torsional impact frequency,force of torsional impact and pressure drop was analyzed with the change of drilling fluid flow.By the Fluent software simulation analysis of simplified physical model,We got the distribution of drilling fluid within the tools,Among them,the first split ratio of diversion jacket is 3.72,the second split ratio of screen is 0.543.Through the laboratory experiment of functional testing,hydraulic torsional impact generator can be implemented in accordance with the expected torsional impact function,and showed a good performance.Through constructing interior parameters of the test system is successfully measured the tools of each work characteristic parameters,the test results found that torsional impact frequency with drilling fluid flow shows a linear relationship,torsional stamping down and torsional impact force with drilling fluid flow shows a square relationship,torsional impact force with impact frequency shows a quadratic relationship.which laid a theoretical foundation for further study of torsional impact tool,as provides the necessary technical guarantee for tools of field testing and commercial production.
