Study On Integrated Technology Service Model Of Jiangsu Oilfield ShanBei Logging Project

In this paper,through the research on integrated model of logging technology service,method and application effect of integration of well logging technique to drive technology innovation of other petroleum engineering service plates in Jiangsu oilfield,to improve comprehensive service ability of the technology plates,enhance market competitiveness,and laying a foundation for the outside world for the China petroleum engineering services industry and exploiting market of international petroleum engineering services.In this study,we probe into systematically the background and motivation of integrated technology service model of ShanBei logging projects needed to implement,and analyses the relationship between exterior and internal motivation,according to the situation of well logging technology services in Jiangsu Oilfield,and combining with the author's work experience at home and abroad,and draw extensively on Western modern logging companies' successful experience in technology service to construct integrated model of these reasons and timing model of the upgrade.On the one hand,to provide guidance for the continued effective operation of ShanBei logging project,implement service revenue rose steadily,scientific and rational workload,promote high-end income ratio,increase market competitiveness,on the other hand,to give reference to other technical services in the field of petroleum engineering.Second,it provides detailed analyses of technical services,labor income,cost and staff structure before integrated technology service model,and figures out negative factors such as simplex and common services,low-end logging equipment,less scientific research and innovation and lack of safeguards.The research is performed in three aspects: the stage of the company's industry life cycle,the development direction of project department itself and market requirements.The selection model of integrated technology service is set up which optimizes the integrated technical service model by project department,and raises several forms and features of integrated technology services mode and scope of application.At last,this paper analyzes and evaluates the safeguard measures and the effect of integrated technology service model.It validates that this integrated technology service model meets the development of project department by comparing the operation condition before and after the integrated model was put into use on four levels: labor income,happiness index of staff,technical reservation and innovation,safety and quality accident of project since 6 years.
