After the build of CHENGDAO oil gathering pipeline network,the pressure of gathering pipeline network keeps increasing due to the offshore production conditions and post-well group platform,leading to the high dry pressure of the end of the pipe network platform,causing the oil well productivity reduced,and increasing the pressure of the transportation pipeline and the risk of crude oil transmission.In response to these problems,we fully integrate CHENGDAO actual oil production,analyze factors affecting the oil viscosity,determine surfactant viscosity technology which is suitable to shallow water oil platform,and the demulsifier is optimized by dehydration,rheology and compatibility experiments,in order to decrease the pressure outside the end of the trunk transmission oil platform.Combined with the actual production of offshore oil,related equipment and automatic control technology is studied,the result is applied to ten platforms in the field,the effect of decrease dry pressure of the end of the platform and improve well productivity is significant,which satisfies the viscosity requirements of gathering pipeline network,and has a big significance on the promotion of CHENGDAO oil production.
