Hydrocyclone oil-water separator is a core component of the downhole oil-water separation system.Currently the cyclone separator in onshore oil wells has been widely used,but this group of cyclone is not suited to offshore oil wells in high yield.Now the sea on large flow cyclone is still in the development stage.Currently on the market downhole oil-water separation system has two kinds of series and parallel structures: series cyclone oil-water separator and parallel cyclone oil-water separator.Series cyclone oil-water separator usually has two levels: the first level is called the pre-separation processor with double cone structure form and the second stage called finishing separation processor is single cone form structure.Parallel cyclone oil-water separator makes small flow multi-cyclone in parallel and through the flow channel to the intersection connects inlet and outlet together,which belong to the plurality of cyclone.It designs the overall structure of the series and parallel hydrocyclone systems,determines the structural dimensions of the two hydrocyclone systems according to the downhole environment,and makes strength check and stability analysis,solves the cyclone pressure instability problems.It draws three-dimension map of the two cyclones by using the solidworks software,while the use of CAD software to draw the parts and assembly drawings.Compared single tube of large diameter cyclone separator with small flow parallel multi-tube cyclone,using simulation analysis,the study analyzes their advantages and disadvantages on separation performance.And it draws a conclusion that which structure of the cyclone that is more suitable for large flow of underground ocean environment.According to the characteristics of the well,it establishes the structure and size of hydrocyclone,makes numerical simulation for flow field of the cyclone oil-water separator,selects the RNG k-? two-equation turbulence model,gets some distributions including cyclone internal pressure distribution,velocity vector figure,tangential,radial,axial,and turbulent kinetic energy.When the split ratio is 25%,the designed cyclone obtains a high separation efficiency which can meet the needs of high oil yield.For a given raw data,it analyzes and calculates the specific structural parameters of the cyclone two oil-water separator.And it also analyzes and calculates the pressure and the stability of the cyclone.
