| With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,people’s living standards continue to improve.People have a higher requirement to taking and home textiles,a variety of special functional textiles come into being and play an indispensable role in people’s life.However,the advent of these special functional textiles is followed by a variety of harmful chemical substances.These chemicals cause harm to the human body in the use of textiles.Therefore,in view of these harmful chemical substances,the important measure to control the quality of the textile and to protect consumers is to find a standard method to measure these harmful chemicals.Bisphenol A(BPA)is a kind of important organic chemical raw material,which is used to synthesize polymer materials such as polycarbonate and epoxy resin.Since the 1960 s,BPA has been used in the manufacture of plastic bottles,suction cup of children,cans coating for food and drink.In the textile industry,BPA is widely used as the dyeing and finishing auxiliaries in the production of various kinds of fabrics,such as plasticizer,flame retardant,anti oxidant,color reagent and so on.However,BPA is recognized as a kind of environmental hormone with a certain embryonic toxicity,which can cause infant developmental deformity and threatens the health of the fetus and child.At the same time,BPA has the effect of simulating estrogen.It can interfere with the endocrine function of organism and cause various reproductive abnormalities,and even the risk of cancer.In addition,obesity caused by metabolic disorders is also considered to be related to BPA.The EU believes that the BPA in the milk bottle will be induced precocious puberty,since March 2,2011,baby milk bottles containing BPA have been banned.In view of the biological hazard of BPA,Surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technology is used to carry out qualitative and quantitative detection of BPA in textiles.SPR is a new kind of chemical and biological detection technologies.SPR can detect fast and sensitively in real time.And the process is convenient and quick without label samples.What’s more,the rare advantage of SPR is detecting in turbid or opaque samples.At present,SPR is widely used in food industry,environmental protection,materials science and other testing analysis fields.As a powerful dynamic detection method,SPR has a promising prospect in textile testing.In this paper,the new application of SPR is explored in the detection of BPA from six aspects.They are chip modification,searching for the optimal concentration of BPA-BSA(BPAbovine serum albumin conjugate)solution,testing the response of different concentrations of BPA,extraction of BPA,the regeneration and cleaning of the chip.The detection limit of BPA by SPR was 1ppm.The average recovery rate of the sample was about 92%~104%.The linear relationship is good in the range of 5~30ppm and the correlation coefficient was R2=0.9959.Compared with the traditional detection method,the SPR detection method is faster,the detection time can be shortened at least half the time.Then SPR has a high degree of specificity recognition.At the same time,the production of the sample is simple and fast,which is suitable for the wide application of the detection field. |
