Oil is the blood of modern industry,with the development of the industry,oil production is increasing,and the pollutants in oilfield produced water is produced as the recovery process,the increment is more and more and more,become a priority among priorities of oil processing industry environment.The traditional processing methods can not meet the modern processing requirements.The demand for new ways of dealing with the voice of the growing.This study is based on the oil field produced water from Lamadian Oilfield in Daqing area.Nanometer Fe3O4 was prepared and oleic acid was used as the modification,so that the nano Fe3O4 has the magnetic properties of the oilfield produced water.By using a high gradient magnetic separation equipment,the particles in the oil field produced water are processed.The goal of this research is to make the processed oil oil content in water,to achieve the enterprise standard ?Water quality index and analysis method of reservoir water injection in Daqing Oilfield??Q/SY DQ605-2006?the requirements that oil content is less than 20mg/L.Nano Fe3O4 was prepared by chemical co precipitation method,and the surface of nano Fe3O4 magnetic powder was modified by oleic acid to form magnetic species capable of adsorbing oil particles in oil field.Under different reaction conditions?molar ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,amount of oleic acid?were prepared nano Fe3O4 powder acid adsorbent,and analyzed the test by vibrating sample magnetometer,XRD,selected the best morphology properties of nano Fe3O4 powder acid adsorbent.The experimental results show that the Fe2+: Fe3+ molar ratio for 5.5:10;preparation of Fe3O4 reaction time is 85?;the preparation of Fe3O4 reaction time is 10 min,the reaction time is coated with oleic acid modified 20 min reaction time;oleic acid modified coating reaction temperature is 85?;the performance of oleic acid addition of 7m L nano Fe3O4 powder adsorption of oleic acid the best preparation agent.The saturation magnetization of the nano Fe3O4 magnetic powder oleic acid adsorbent is 40.12emu/g;the average particle size is 13.29 nm,which is an inverse spinel structure,and has a super paramagnetic property.In this study,the formation of high gradient magnetic separation equipment,magnetic separation method to treat oilfield produced water,in different reaction temperature,reaction time,excitation current,stirring speed to determine the best conditions for oil removal.Experimental results show that the magnetic volume is 400 mg/L,reaction temperature 35 reaction time is 20 min,stirring speed is 180r/min,the ?excitation current is 0.8A,the oil removal rate was up to 85.9%,produced the oil content of the water is 12.22 mg/L,reach the target.But at the same time by Fe3O4 magnetic treatment of oilfield produced water,COD?SS and recovery of magnetic content analysis,showed that the Fe3O4 magnetic treatment of oilfield produced water at the same time,COD and SS were significantly decreased;the recovery of magnetic seed is still the inverse spinel structure,superparamagnetism,with oil removal performance,except oil reduce the efficiency.Above all,the nano Fe3O4 magnetic powder oleic acid adsorbent can be used to treat the oil content in the oil field reinjection water.The results show that the nanometer Fe3O4 magnetic powder oleic acid adsorbent can be used to treat oilfield reinjection water,and it can be used as a data base for practical industrial application in the future.
