In recent years,with the continuous development of oil and natural gas resources in the sea,various petrochemical projects have been rising in the coastal areas.The spherical tank is a large pressure vessel,usually equipped with flammable and explosive medium,in the ocean climate environment,the outer surface of the spherical tank generally occur in uniform corrosion,stress corrosion,the stress corrosion cracking destruction and harm the largest.In the load,the stress corrosion cracking occurs suddenly without warning should be the case,it is not only related to the safe production of the enterprise itself,but also to the local people's life and property safety threat,therefore,ocean climate studies on stress corrosion cracking has high economic value and social value.The atmospheric environment in no more than 2 kilometers from the coast range,the outer surface of the weld and heat affected zone of spherical tank under the intense pressure of marine atmospheric effects as the main object of study,from the on-site inspection and test analysis,the exploration of the theory of three aspects.Firstly,the characteristics of marine climate in Southern China and the influencing factors of marine corrosion are summarized,and the research status and the theoretical basis of stress corrosion cracking in marine climate environment are summarized.Secondly,the spherical tank in an ocean climate environment of the field detection,detection method mainly uses the macro testing,penetrant testing,magnetic particle testing;to test out the crack further macro morphology analysis,hardness testing,metallographic analysis,spectral detection.Then,macroscopic analysis,metallographic analysis,SEM analysis,energy spectrum analysis and comparative study were carried out on the cracks of stress corrosion cracking and non-stress corrosion cracking on the outer surface of the spherical tank.It is concluded that the main reason for the stress corrosion cracking of the spherical surface of the spherical tank under marine climate is hydrogen embrittlement".Finally,on the basis of research before the cause of stress corrosion cracking,the occurrence conditions and puts forward some preventive measures from the control of corrosion,stress control,three aspects play the role of supervision and management are described,to solve the marine climate stress corrosion cracking problem and put forward constructive suggestions and to provide a reference for engineering application.
