| The free calcium oxide in cement clinkeris a kind of calcium oxide in cement clinker which doesnot participate in the chemical reaction.The content of calcium oxide directly affects thecementsoundness and the energy consumption of cement production.At present,the measurement of cement fCaO is mainly due to the long measurement cycle,poor real-time performance and low efficiency.The on-line analyzer is expensive,difficult to maintain and the accuracy of measurement is easily disturbed.Aiming at the problems existing in cement fCaO measurement,a fCaO soft measurement method based on continuous deep belief network is proposed,and the soft measurement of cement f CaO is designed and implementedbased on this method.Specific studies are as follows:First of all,this thesisanalyzes the principle of cement fCaO production process,and studiesthe influence factors ofcement fCaO.The problem of time matching between variables in cement f CaO and firing system is analyzed by Seaman method,and the auxiliary variables of cement fCaO are selected by gray correlation method.Secondly,Aiming at the problem oflowaccuracy of traditional DBN in modeling continuous data,firstly replacing the neuron stateofrestricted boltzmann machinebythesigmoidfunction continousvalue,and then adding the Gauss random noise,the continuous restricted boltzmann machine is improved,and the continuous deep belief network is made up of CRBM,the performance of the CDBN network is tested by using the test data.Then,a stochastic perturbed chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed,by adding the stochastic perturbation of particle swarm optimization in the process of optimization.SPCPSO algorithm is used to optimize the weight and bias of CDBN network.The performance of SPCPSO-CDBN is tested by using test function.Finally,the SPCPSO-CDBN network is used forthesoft measurement of cement fCaO,the cement fCaO soft measurement model based on the method in this thesisisvalidated and reliable.The soft measurementsoftwareof cement fCa O is designed and implemented in the cement production simulation software on-line. |
