| With the improvement of people’s quality of life, food safety is particularly prominent, has become the most concern in people’s lives.Fruits and vegetables pesticide residues exceeded the people most exposed to food safety issues, the harm caused by the human body is very large,to find some fast, convenient and efficient pesticide pesticide residue detection method has been the focus of food safety research.Pesticide residue detection methods are many, such as spectrophotometry, instrumental analysis, biosensors, enzyme inhibition method.Traditional detection methods Some processes are cumbersome and complex, some detection time is very long, some detection accuracy is low.Infrared spectroscopy is a widely used method for the study of chemical composition and molecular structure of matter, known as "molecular fingerprints".Infrared spectroscopy exhibits rapid,non-destructive advantages such as rapid development in the field of pesticide detection.First, two kinds of organic solvents such as acetonitrile(pure chromatography)and methanol(chromatographic purity)were tested, and the normalized standard map was obtained.Secondly, the standard analysis of the three kinds of carbamate pesticides was obtained by the analysis and processing of the three kinds of pesticide products, such as Xivian, carbendazim and carbofuran. Finally, the solution of different concentrations of cyproterone acetonitrile solution was obtained, and the relationship between solution concentration and absorbance was obtained. As a rapid,non-destructive and multi-component analysis, the "green" detection and analysis technology has great potential and market application value for pesticide residue detection in fruits and vegetables. This study has a certain reference significance for the development of pesticide residue detection technology, and has played a positive role in constructing and improving the food safety supervision system. |
