| With the high power laser applied to the industry,laser cladding developed fast.It has became an effective means to improve the property of material.With the development of laser cladding,ceramic material and ceramic-metallic composite material became the research direction instead of metallic.Nowadays,Knowledge Management is attracting extensive attention in ceramic-metallic composite material.In the laser cladding process,metallic exists as the bonding phase and ceramic exists as hard phase.Ultimately,coated or half coated cladding layer can be prepared.The composite cladding layer has distinguishing features:it has the tenacity of character,at the same time it has the character of ceramic such as wear resistance,anti-corrosion and antioxidant.In this paper,the preparation and properties of Fe-based Al2O3 composite cladding layer was described mainly by numerical simulation and experiment.Several aspects content are include in this paper as following:Firstly,prepare Fe-based Al2O3 composite powder,which contains Al2O3 at 3%,5% and8%.Then,explore the process parameters for the laser cladding of Fe-based Al2O3 composite powder,which was deposited by laser power test,scanning speed test,overlapping ratio test.The temperature distribution and stress field of laser cladding were simulated by ANSYS.Prepar Fe-based Al2O3 composite cladding layer at panel and solid axle of 45# by the predefined the process parameters.This paper research the effect of the content of Al2O3 on composite cladding layer,which was deposited by a contrastive study of macro profile and micro structure of coating.At last the micro hardness,tensile strength,impact toughness and wear resistance of the composite cladding layer were was described to validate the advantage of Fe-based Al2O3 composite cladding layer. |
