| With the development of the transportation of petroleum,which leads to the accidents of oil spill that happens frequently,quantity of oil leaks into the sea environment and brings catastrophic destroy to the sea ecological environment and human life.The expand graphite is one of the highly efficient adsorption materials of oil spill.But,which have some bad characteristics to using,such as low density,easy to drift away,so the expand graphite powder was difficult to realize the direct delivery,and need have to be packaged.Therefore,a rapid and efficient packaging technology,to solve the emergency demand of oil spill accidents,which has the important technical value.First of all,in this paper,a new continuous hot-pressing packaged technology was put forward for the technical solutions of narrow temperature range and hard adhesive,which was the spot coating transfer method,used to non-woven polypropylene fabrics.Secondly,On the basis of studied on adhesion mechanism and application conditions,ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)was selected as the hot glue adhesive.The thermal sealing strength test of EVA has been studied,which were determined the feasibility of EVA and the optimum hot-pressing packaged process parameters.Thirdly,After determining the continuous hot-pressing packaged process route.Based on analyzed of the system function,the whole scheme of anilox roller coating machine was presented,which was segmented into unwinding system,coating transfer system,winding system and other ancillary support systems.In the unwinding system,the magnetic powder brake was selected as the passive constant tension control actuator,and the structure and transmission of unwinding device were designed.In the coating transfer system,the anilox roller structure and the control scheme were designed.In the winding system,the magnetic powder clutch was selected as the active constant tension control,and the transmission mode was designed.other ancillary support systems were mainly used to ensure stable operation of the coating machine.Finally,The thermal analysis and verification to the anilox roller had been studied,which was the critical component of the spot coating and transfer printing method.Basedon the theory of fluid mechanic and heat transfer,the thermal simulation of the anilox roll was carried out by means of the fluid analysis software Fluent module and the static Static Structural module.According to the uniformity of the surface temperature distribution and the thermal deformation at the anilox roller,the structure of anilox roller was optimized,and the optimum surface temperature and the minimum thermal deformation was given. |
