This paper combines the experimental results to study the performance and application of manganese-zinc and graphite composite materials.The experimental materials are mainly reduced manganese powder and zinc powder,graphite and cement.Experimental method is to replace the silicon steel sheet in transformers by composite materials made of cement and soft magnetic materials,so as to enhance the performance of transformers and improve the economic efficiency.As a kind of building material,cement is used in this experiment to mainly play its role of insulation package,insulation and cementation,so as to improve the soft magnetic properties of materials and reduce the hysteresis loss of transformers.This paper measures the hysteresis curve of materials at first to study the soft magnetic properties of materials and then determine the ratio of materials used in each group.Afterwards,the maximum substitution amount of manganese-zinc composite material and graphite composite material is found as the substitute of transformer core in the physical performance experiment of composite transformer.The increasing rate of temperature of each composite transformer is then analyzed to determine the optimum mix ratio of materials.In the application performance experiment of composite transformer,the transformer ratio of each group is measured by use of two-voltmeter method.According to the requirements for transformer error in the Preventive Test Procedures of Electric Equipment,the factory output voltage,factory transformer ratio,and upper and lower limits of the output voltage error value of the composite transformer prepared in this experiment is calculated in the end.The economic benefit analysis of composite transformer in each group shows that the economic benefit of the new transformer made of manganese-zinc composite material and graphite composite material is higher than that of the standard transformer.Through a comprehensive analysis of the experimental data and price factors based on the gray incidence system theory,the gray correlation degree,absolute correlation degree,relative correlation degree and comprehensive correlation degree are obtained.Then excluding the comprehensive correlation degree,the optimal scheme of the experiment is obtained andthe maximum substitution amount and optimum mix ratio of materials are determined.
