| In this paper,a new type of coal-based polyaniline prepared by high energy ball milling lignite coal was used to test the adsorption of heavy metal solution and organic solution. At the same time, the coal powder was used as the adsorbent for the control experiment, and the adsorbent was characterized by FTIR Spectrometer and SEM.The properties and mechanism of the coal-based polyaniline adsorbent were also discussed.Based on summarizing the adsorption experiments, using blank nickel foam and self-made coal-based polyaniline/nickel foam material as anode and activated carbon as particle electrode, respectively, put forward the idea of using three-dimensional electrochemical method of two kinds of wastewater treatment.Concluded as follow:(1)The experiment of heavy metal and organic simulated wastewater showed that the best conditions for the adsorption of single ion by the two adsorbents were consistent. The adsorption of Cr6+ when the optimum dosage of 0.5g/L,adsorption of phenol when the dosage is 1g/L;the best adsorption temperature of 25℃;two adsorbents were under acidic conditions the adsorption effects of Cr6+ and phenol is better, the removal rate reached 89%and 90.64%,respectively.The adsorption behavior of the coal-based polyaniline adsorbent on Cr6+ and phenol was in accordance with the Lagergren adsorption kinetics model of the two stage and the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.(2)The results of FTIR Spectrometer and SEM showed that the pore structure and distribution of coal-based polyaniline adsorbents were better than those of pulverized coal, after swelling and polymerization coal-based polyaniline adsorbent by the formation of more floccule, and these mesoporous and microporous to increase the adsorption capacity.(3)The experimental results of coal based electrode polyaniline adsorption/electrolysis synergistic treatment of wastewater show that the electrochemical performance of the prepared coal based polyaniline/foam nickel electrode is more significant than that of the blank nickel electrode. The electrode spacing, voltage, electrolyte dosage and other factors on the removal effect is more significant, the best plate spacing of 2cm,select the electrolyte dosage of 0.5g,the best voltage of 10V.The total removal of Cr6+ and phenol coexisting solution of coal-based polyaniline/foam nickel electrode is slightly smaller than that in the single system, indicating that there is mutual inhibition between the two ions, mainly due to the degradation of phenol of the acidic organic intermediates for the reduction of Cr6+ to provide an electron donor, resulting in Cr6+ reduction reaction rate accelerated.(4)The electrochemical properties of the two kinds of electrodes were tested. The results showed that the oxidation peak was obvious, and there was no obvious reduction peak.Coal-based polyaniline/nickel foam was used as the electrode, respectively, from the reduced state to the intermediate oxidation state, and from the intermediate oxidation state to the complete oxidation state.lt can be seen from the EIS curve that the coal-based polyaniline/foam nickel has better charge transfer and transfer efficiency than the blank foam nickel, showing good capacitance characteristics. From the constant current charge and discharge test,it can be concluded that polyaniline in the redox reaction occurred. |
