Abstract/Summary:
Erhai lake water has now in the class Ⅲ,but there is risk of deterioration.In order to promote the protection and management of erhai lake,"water pollution control and management of science and technology major projects" set up the subject of erhai lake water pollution control and ecological restoration technology research and development and engineering demonstration,through nearly a decade of research and practice in "11th five-year plan" and the "twelfth five-year" period,and produce a batch of key technology.Based on the key technologies of output good integration and promote the purpose of subsequent scientific applications,in "twelfth five-year" period special set "water pollution control research of governance and technology integration and technology management system" project,and proposed by different basin output key technology of system construction and the performance evaluation form applicable,popularization and application of system integration technology.Based on this,this article in view of the rivers into the lake erhai basin pollution characteristics and technical requirements,to erhai lake basin in nearly a decade a number of key technology research and development production as the foundation,to carry out the rivers into the lake erhai basin qing aquatic product flow mechanism repair technology integration system research,preliminary design and build of rivers into the lake erhai basin qing aquatic repair technology system flow mechanism,and the technical applicability and technical maturity indicators for performance evaluation of technology.The main research contents include:(1)The characteristics of river pollution in lake erhai lake has been analyzed.The water source of the lake river in the lake is analyzed,and the pollution of the lake river is mainly due to the high levels of nitrogen and phosphorus,which is the main contribution type.(2)The technical achievements has been combed and constructed.By collecting water and local government production technology combined with field investigation,in accordance with the principle of technical classification method,process and pollution control,pollution treatment technology can be divided into initial conservation forests to build and prevention and control of soil erosion,pollution control,low pollution water purification in the lake,river lake restoration,repair class and the management control class 6 class technology and building technology system.(3)The technical applicability of the typical pollution control technology has been evaluated.Decentralized rural sewage treatment technology of water hours high applicability is artificial wetland soil purification technology,the contact oxidation tank technology,processing suitability when higher water is MBR membrane treatment technology;The technical applicability of water purification technology of low-pollution water purification technology is better in wetland and wastewater purification of farmland.Wetland technology is better than multi-pond processing system.(4)Technology readiness level has been assessed.Sewage treatment plants,terrestrial vegetation restoration of soil and water conservation,urban surface runoff purification,decentralized rural domestic sewage treatment,rural households with sewage treatment,low pollution river water purification,internal management techniques to reduce the risk of system as the research task;Planting structure adjustment,scattered rural life breeding hybrid wastewater treatment,farmland non-point source purification,lake lakeside zone and ecological restoration technology and decision support technology in order to reduce risk increase technical rationality as the research task.
