With the rapid promotion of China's economic level,the development of urbanization progress and various industries are growing rapidly,while the destroy to the environment is also growing.Atmospheric quality,as an important part of sustainable development,is attracting more and more attention.The are pollutants concentration are on the increase,pollution scope is becoming more and more big.The air pollution problem with particle pollution,sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the city is becoming mare and more serious,Therefore,the research and analysis about urban air comprehensive level quality are primary tasks for addressing the issue of urban environment,improving the urban air quality,setting up the urban air pollution countermeasures,realizing the sustainable development of environment and economy.In this paper,we mainly take Xi'an atmospheric quality distribution as an example,analyze the spatial and temporal distribution of Xi'an atmospheric pollutants,establish Xi'an atmospheric quality comprehensive evaluation model,analyze the main factors affecting the quality of Xi'an atmosphere.According to the results,the air quality pollution is very serious of Xi'an from 2013 to 2016,and at the four level which represent severe pollution level;Heating period pollution more serious than the no heating period pollution,particulate pollution,especially fine paticulate matter pollution is quite serious;Particulate matter pollution,especially fine particulate matter pollution is quite serious.Xi'an atmospheric quality is mainly influenced by the factors of industrial emissions,heating emissions,wind speed,motor vehicle exhaust emission and population density and so on.Since the middle of the 20th century,the atmosphere quality monitoring work gradually began to implement in China and many other countries,expose the results to the public,and also rank the result about the monitoring data in the nationwide range,so that people are more convenient and specific knowing about their own living environment and the quality of air distribution throughout the country.Therefore,the representation of the monitoring points,the authenticity and reliability of monitoring results became the issue that need to be addressed.In this paper,we take Xi'an as an example,adopt the multi-objective optimization method,optimize the Xi'an air quality monitoring sites,and use the constraint method and the hierarchical serialization method to solve the model respectively,and display the results on hte map with the ArcGis software,according to the results,the model is scientific and reasonable to achieve the optimization of Xi'an air quality monitoring point,the results of the two methods can well meeting the requirements of Xi'an actual condition and the model requirement.The four new monitoring points are located in zhouzhi county,huxian,lantian county and gaoling country.But the result by hierarchical serialization method is more uniform distribution than the constraint method,the spatial coverage and representation are higher.The monitoring results can reflect well of the whole atmospheric distribution in Xi'an.
