Recently,black smelly water pollution in town has become the outstanding problem in the current urban environment.Except the external pollution sources such as wastewater discharge,sediment pollution of material come back into the overlying water will cause the secondary pollution of water,which is one of the important reasons for caused the town water black smelly.This study used sediment and raw water in Chongqing Xinhua reservoir as the research object.Through the field investigation of the Xinhua reservoir in LuNeng Star City,determine the sampling points of the corresponding research area layout which considering with the actual operability and representative samples and the economic and reasonable requirements.Adopting the denitrifying bacteria,photosynthetic bacteria and mixed bacteria in the laboratory to test repair experiments,through analysis the quality of water and sediment and other environmental indicators,get the following conclusion:(1)The denitrifying bacteria has a better removal effect on nitrogen and phosphorus,photosynthetic bacteria has good effect on the degree of degradation of sediment and water COD degradation,the mixture of the two bacteria group can complete complementary to some extent,the water quality and repair of mud all have good results,and the repair effect of is better than a single species.(2)The water temperature range is 23 ? to 26 ?.When the concentration of denitrifying bacterium agent was 5.0 mg/L,the sediment sand thickness is 2.40 cm,as 48% of the total thickness.Organic matter content of the sediment dry basis the lowest group of experimental group concentration was 2.5 mg/L,dry base organic matter content is from 19.42% to 9.82%.Overlying water body of NH3-N,the removal of CODcr rate reached 85.92%,89.13%.When the concentration denitrifying bacterium was 2.5 mg/L,the overlying water body of TN and TP removal efficiency is highest,removal rate reached 79.44% and 76.83%.Considering sediment repairing effect and economic benefit,denitrifying bacteria agent additive concentration should control at 2.5 mg/L-5.0 mg/L range.(3)The water temperature range is 23 ? to 26 ?.When the concentration of photosynthetic bacteria was 15 m L/L,the sediment sand thickness was 2.57 cm.Organic matter content of the sediment dry base minimum group concentration was 20 m L/L,stem base of organic matter content is 8.32%.When the concentration was 20 m L/L,the removal efficiency of CODcr is highest in overlying water,and overlying water body of NH3-N,TN and TP removal efficiency is highest.Photosynthetic bacteria agent additive concentration should control in 15 m L/L-20 m L/L range.(4)Environmental factors: Temperature in summer is higher,microbial life activities is relatively strong,has better repair effect for the polluted water.The temperature in winter is lower,the microbial activity is restrained,the sediment and water body restoration effect is poorer.The highest repair effect of photosynthetic bacteria when pH = 7.0,The highest repair effect of denitrifying bacteria when pH = 8.0.High content of dissolved oxygen in water is given priority to with aerobic reaction,microbial activities of organic matter decomposition is relatively complete,can repair the black smelly phenomenon to some extent.
