The gas mask's air tightness while wearing is directly related to the personal safety of staff,With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,and more and more attention for their own.life security,the requirement of gas masks is higher than before.But as the air tightness is an important part of the research work of gas mask,The current research method for gas mask tightness is still behind abroad and the cost is higher.With the rapid development of science technology and finite element method,on the basis of research work of predecessors for gas masks and other industries experience for the forecast of product performance by using finite element combined,A new method is put forward for gas mask's air tightness while wearing,that is using the finite element simulation technology to research the gas mask's air tightness wearing.My main research content have the following several aspects:1.Make the rubber speimen uniaxial tensile experiment for gas.mask body material and the standard model of human head.According to the experimental data use ANSYS workbench obtain the stress and strain curve of the different constitutive models,Comparing the stress and strain curves get the most suitable constitutive model and material constant for the research object.2.Simple introduce.the data source of the human head size.By UG surface modeling and surface processing method establish the 3D model for the research object and according to the purpose of this paper study simplify the gas mask body structure.3.Carry out nonlinear static analysis for the finite element model by ANSYS workbench.Get the stress and strain for the gas mask body structure in the assembling process under the condition of different load steps and the stress and strain distribution of the human body standard model when wear completion.Carry out the gas mask wear air tightness test while wearing and according to the experimental data obtain the distribution of stress of human body.4.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental measured data and simulation data,and deal with the error in the process of simulation process and the experimental process,validate that the finite element simulation of gas mask air tightness when wearing study method is feasibility.5.Combine with the results of simulation data and experiment data,optimize the lower stress distribution structure on the gas mask body,get the stress distribution after optimized on human body,through compared with the data before and after optimization,validate the rationality of optimization results.
