The catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane process could provide an attractive route for producing isobutane and in the meantime this process could provide low-cost hydrogen.Developing new catalysts with higher activity,selectivity as well as excellent stability is the present research focus.This paper has used the industrial chromium catalyst from the selection of carrier,additives and preparation method for many studies to develop the new modified catalyst with higher activity,excellent selectivity and stability.Firstly,from the perspective of the carrier,study on the physicochemical properties of three kinds of alumina carrier,through three the same loading amount of chromium dehydrogenation catalyst by impregnation method,and with the fixed bed micro reactor to evaluate the performance of isobutane dehydrogenation.The results show that,under experimental conditions with homemade clover-shaped aluminum oxide(Al2O3-Z)for the preparation of catalyst carrier best.In addition,modification of chromium catalyst research examines the different modified additives,additive content on the catalyst for dehydrogenation of d effects.The results showed that additions of auxiliaries are to a certain extent could increase catalytic activity,selectivity and stability of additive D joined the conversion rate and selectivity of the largest,and its conversion and selectivity are relatively stable,the best load of D was 2 %.This paper carried out multi-metal catalyst CrED/Al2O3 preparation research on dehydrogenation catalyst samples were characterized by XRD,Uv-Vis,et al.were characterized,and with the fixed bed micro reactor to evaluate the performance of Isobutane dehydrogenation.Experiments from E are added and Cr、E atomic ratio of two areas studied.The results showed that the dehydrogenation properties of multi metal CrED/Al2O3 catalyst is better than the other single metal or dual metal catalyst under the sample experimental conditions,adding order and in the process of preparing E for the best catalytic performance co impregnation,the initial isobutane conversion rate was 48.73 %,10 h in the deactivation of catalyst parameters is only 9.56 %,isobutene selectivity stabilized at more than 80 % with the best Cr,E atomic ratio 5:1.Paper F organic additives on modification of CrD/Al2O3 catalysts and using XRD,SEM,H2-TPR,et al.characterization of dehydrogenation catalyst samples were characterized,and a fixed bed micro-reactor to evaluate its dehydrogenation of isobutane.At last,the regenerative properties of CrDF/Al2O3 Catalyst.
