In today's society,a number of special engineering vehicles,military vehicles followed,these special vehicles used tires are solid tires.Solid tires in the shot will not leak after the tire with bullet proof and other functions,but also has not been widely used solid tire.Mainly from solid tire production technology problems.The traditional solid tire molding technology for the molding process,the plastic material after molding the temperature will be reduced to room temperature and then put into the vulcanizing machine for heating vulcanization,long time,high energy consumption.Injection molding pressure of the tire is not enough to produce a low density and low life,can not meet the requirements of modern vehicles on the number and quality of tires.Solid tire in the injection process because of the small amount of injection,the machine is large,high cost has not been widely used.In order to meet the development of solid tire injection molding technology,this paper has done a lot of work and achieved some results:1 by one-step injection instead of the traditional molding method,so that the injection device to achieve adequate injection pressure to solve the problem of product life,so that the production of the product more dense,life is guaranteed.2 through the design of the hydraulic capsule clamping device and the electric screw clamping device,the utility model provides enough clamping force and the volume of the device is reduced.The utility model solves the problems of large volume and high cost caused by the large clamping force of the traditional equipment.3 different problems in solid tire injection of the tyre material,is solved through two methods of injection,the first injection of solid tire inner tube,injection material is composite fiber;second injection solid tire,injection material is natural rubber,reclaimed rubber materials.4 through the structural design of the solid tire mold,it can solve the difficult problem that the traditional two valve mold can not finish the injection of tire pattern.5 in the injection mould,the design flow under the mode of the traditional channel can not be used,using the bottom-up flow channel,clear channel problem after injection,the runner plate insert structure,solves the difficult problem of clear channel.6 in the injection power device selection was made on the design of the new,the traditional motor for a hydraulic motor,the screw can change the effective starting and stopping time lag phenomenon through this design,to solve the excess feeding situation and big flash problems.7 in the design in order to check the size of the design,the stress,deformation and temperature change is reasonable,use the method of finite element analysis,the structure of screw,machine frame,template parts were optimized by the finite element analysis method.The 3D drawing software UG is used to model and simulate the view,and the interference of the mechanism is judged by the simulation movement of the mechanism.
