| Based on contact mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics,brief introduction of the development and application of the ultrasonic technology in the field of mechanical processing,the paper focuses on the development process of ultrasonic rolling technology,puts forward some problems existing in the current ultrasonic auxiliary rolling processing,provides a foundation for the next research.By means of theoretical mechanics and material mechanics,contact mechanics theory,based on the research results of Hertz elastic-plastic contact theory,combined with the working mechanism of ultrasonic auxiliary rolling,rolling system of ultrasonic assisted to do a simple analysis.The contact area between the rolling tool head and the workpiece which is regarded as a plane is analyzed in the case of elastic deformation,plastic deformation and mixed.This paper attempts to analyze the transformation process of elastic deformation to plastic deformation in the process of machining.This paper mainly introduces the experimental equipment structure of ultrasonic assisted rolling.The operation steps of the whole ultrasonic assisted rolling processing system are introduced in detail with the equipment and materials which need to be matched.In order to verify the superiority of ultrasonic assisted rolling,it is necessary to improve the properties of the processed workpiece by ultrasonic rolling and normal rolling.Through the analysis of the influence of four different processing parameters,such as the feed rate of the machine,the rotation speed of the machine,the pre tightening force and the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave,to the final process effect,it provides a wealth of first-hand information.This paper mainly introduces the various forms of vibration which are often encountered in the process of machining,and gives a particular description of the characteristics of the self-excited vibration.Study on the flutter ultrasonic auxiliary rolling in the process of the occurrence and development process,from the point of view of the vibration energy input causes the regenerative chatter occurrence process system,establish process system vibration model and the analytical solution is obtained.On the basis of theoretical and experimental research,the methods and ways of suppressing chatter are expounded,which can provide reliable guidance for the optimization of the surface machining quality and technology level.Finally,the stress state of finite element simulation technique commonly used in ultrasonic assisted rolling process and stress area to do a simple simulation,through the formulation of ultrasonic auxiliary rolling processing finite element graph in stress state,for the future improvement of ultrasonic auxiliary rolling processing device to provide ideas. |
