Chitosan hydrogel had good biocompatibility and degradability,which had widely used in medical field.Therefore the research on the preparation of chitosan hydrogel caused many scholars attention.However the pure chitosan hydrogel have the problem of hardness,viscoelasticity and water-holding capacity and so on.In this study,we introduced hyaluronic acid and sodium alginate into chitosan to prepare hydrogels based on chitosan.This article mainly contained the following three parts.1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)-1-carbodiimide hydrichloride(EDC·HCl)and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS)as the hydrogel of coupling agent and stabilizer to crosslink hyaluronic acid(HA)to carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS).The ratio of CMCS and HA and the ratio of EDC/NHS revealed to be influencing factors on the reaction.The obtained hydrogel were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).And used these hydrogel embedding BSA drug to simulate drug release.At pH=1.2almost no drug release,while at pH=7.4 these hydrogels showed better drug release,And the hydrogels of CMCS-SA21 had better drug release,so this hydrogels may be used for carring the drug of BSA.EDC·HCl and NHS as the hydrogel of coupling agent and stabilizer crosslink HA to CS.With the ionic liquid as the solvent,and the β-glycerophosphate(β-GP)aqueous solution adjust the pH of solution,to make CS-HA hydrogels.The obtained hydrogel were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,Dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed all hydrogels exhibited porous architectures.And the composite hydrogels of CS-HA hydrogels have a potential in drug delivery.At pH=1.2 almost no drug release while at pH=7.4 these hydrogelsshowed better drug release,And the hydrogels of CS-HA52 and CS-HA11 had better drug release,so this hydrogels may be used for carring the drug of BSA.EDC·HCl and NHS as the hydrogel of coupling agent and stabilizer to crosslink sodium alginate(SA)and CMCS to make CMCS-SA hydrogels.The ratio CMCS and SA and the ratio EDC and SA revealed to be influencing factors on the reaction.The obtained hydrogel were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TGA,DMA.The drug release exhibit the hydrogels typical pH-responsive character,and the minimum swelling ratio is obtained at pH=4,while at pH>4 or pH<4,the SRs of all the hydrogels increased.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed all hydrogels exhibited porous architectures.And the composite hydrogels of CMCS-SA hydrogels have a potential in drug delivery.At pH=1.2 almost no drug release,while at pH=7.4 these hydrogels showed better drug release,And the hydrogels of CMCS-SA21 had better drug release,so this hydrogels may be used for carring the drug of BSA.The composite hydrogels showed no any cytotoxic effect to L-929 by MTT test.These findings demonstrate that the composite hydrogels have a potential in drug delivery.
