Laser cladding is an important way to make component repaired remanufacturing,Its unique process principle and a wide range of applications make it popular among the researchers.As some parts of complex shape repaired are hard cladded by vertical laser,due to the limitation of cladding equipment size.The coupling between the laser spot and powder has changed,so as the cladding conditions.And vertical laser cladding on repaired parts cannot just simply use the external research results.For this problem,basic research about laser cladding will be studied,laser and cladding temperature numerical simulation will be used to study the relationship between component coatings' geometry appearance and the laser incident angle by non-vertical laser cladding.According to the cladding process summed up the physical model,which introduce the light powder matrix of coupling process intuitive,based on the principle of vertical laser cladding.That is prepare for non-vertical laser cladding morphology prediction on repaired parts.Counter the repaired parts characteristics of the physical process of non-vertical laser cladding adopt "life and death" element technique,the three dimensional transient temperature field numerical simulation is used to realize automatic fitting of cladding layer to predict the laser beam at 0 °,10 °,20 °,30 °,40 ° incident angles of cladding layer geometry morphology.Actual experiment of cladding layer is used to verify the results of numerical simulation,with the SEM we get the pictures of cladding layer,by which we measured the wide,the height and the wetting angle.The result are: The width of the cladding layer and the wetting angle increases with increase of laser beam incident angle,but the height of the cladding layer and decreased with the increase of the laser incident angle.Which are very close to the results of numerical simulations.In order to further study on the quality of the cladding layer on the cladding layer microhardness was measured,Measurement results shows that the hardness of cladding layer is higher than that of matrix hardness value,and the hardness of cladding layer at the bottom is higher than the top.At last we make nonvertical laser cladding on the real the inner hole component by the processing requirements of the enterprise.Cladding results accord with the results of research,which verifies the feasibility of this study.
