Design Of Modalanalysis Software For Shaft System Of Cluster Carpet Based On LabVIEW

The main spindle system of the cluster carpet is the heart of the whole machine,and the working efficiency and operational stability of carpet looms depend to a large extent on the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system.Modal analysis is an important method of mechanism design and fault diagnosis,the modal analysis of the shaft structure plays an important role in the research of the dynamic characteristics of the cluster carpet.In the modal analysis the carpet loom,the existing modal analysis software is expensive,the maintenance cost is high and the operation is poor.Therefore,the development of a low cost,interactive and scalable cluster carpet shaft mode analysis software has a certain engineering application value.In this paper,based on Lab VIEW,the cluster carpet shaft mode modal analysis software,the software is divided into three functional modules and completed the software design.It mplements data read and preprocessing functions(anti-mixing filter 、eliminate trend items and leakage window)and it implements the frequency domain analysis function and sets up three kinds of frequency response function estimation method and it also implements the modal analysis function and has the function of coordinate input,3D modal building and vibration morphological display.This module has three typical methods to choose from the modal parameter identification method.Display vibrational animation in Lab VIEW and MATLAB interface by using Lab VIEW and MATLAB for programming in vibration type display.This can make up for the lack of vibration animation.The software implements the basic process of experimental modal analysis and this software has good operability,interactive and intuitive graphical display interface.The spindle vibration signal of the cluster carpet is analyzed by commercial modal analysis software and the software.The analysis results show that the software is stable and reliable.And the analysis results verify the reliability of the software in the modal analysis of the carpet system.
