The ramie fiber agricultural nonwoven mulching filmcouldefficiently promote the yield of modern agriculture,the traditional mulching film is nondegradable and could cause the pollution o fthe environment.And ramie fiber mulching film as a completely biodegradable mulching film,has significant advantages: It's tensile and tearing strength is superior,and it provides the feasibility of machinery laying film.Ramie fiber mulching film could be degraded in about 3 month under natural conditions;the degradation products of ramie film is organic material,CO2 and water,and ramie fiber mulching film's permeability is superior,so the temperature is stable in the coverage of ramie film.In summer,laying ramie film is conducive for crop cooling.Ramie film can also improve the soil environment of the laying crop,promotes the growth of microorganism in soil,and enhance fertility.Therefore,it is very important to improve the study of ramie film for the yield and sustainable development of Chinese agriculture.In the paper,completely degraded ramie fiber agricultural nonwoven mulching film(abbreviated as the ramie fiber mulching film)prepared withraw material: ramie fiber and polylactic acid fiber,after the mixed carding and hot rolling process,ramie fiber mulching film were made,and were conducted the performace testing and optimization.First of all,for the study of different process for ramie fiber mulching film performance trend,we conducted the single factor experiments,the results show that with the increase of the hot adhesion fiber,polylactic acid fiber content,longitudinal strength and transverse strength of the product increased;with the fiber net weight increase,longitudinal tensile strength and tear strength of ramie fiber mulching film are constantly increased,and the longitudinal strength of ramie fiber mulching film is far greater than the transverse strength;in the vicinity of the polylactic acid fiber melting point,with the increase of temperature,the strength of ramie fiber mulching film increases gradually,and when the temperature is over 172?,the phenomenon of stick adhesive appears.When the pressure exceeds the optimal value,with the increase of pressure,the strength of ramie fiber mulching film decreased.Secondly,according to the single factor experiment results,we selected the range of orthogonal test,considering the tensile strength is more influencial for the ramie fiber mulching film performance,thus the optimal scheme of ramie fiber mulching film as raw material ratio of 50% Ramie/ 50%PLA,hot rolling temperature of 168?,roller pressure of 3MPa.The influence of various factors on the tensile strength of the web from strong to weak: raw material ratio,hot rolling temperature,rolling pressure.Then the waterproofing treatment is conducted withthe optimal ramie fiber mulching film,After the 5% liquid rate of ramie fiber mulching film waterproofing treatment,we tested the angle,air permeability,water repellency,moisture permeability,and gotthe excellent waterproof breathablefeatures of ramie fiber mulching film,which could meets the ramie fiber mulching filmwater repellency and permeability requirements.At last,the ramie fiber mulching film was buried in the natural environment for the soil degradation experiment.According to the experimental results,we confirmed the completely degradation of ramie fiber film,which could be degraded under natural conditions and be faded into the ecosystem.In addition,the lower the content of polylactic acid,the more beneficial to the degradation.
