Clothing keeping warm generally contained two categories: positive and passive warmth style.Positive warmth style used the outside heating elements to produce the spontaneous heat achieving energy.Passive warmth style achieved the goal by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the clothing itself and preventing heat loss outside the body.The traditional materials is a passive form of warmth,it is unconvinced to act in our daily life and it's not fashion enough.When our staff working at a very low temperature environment,the traditional way can not satisfied their warm needs.Nowadays,due to the deepening of scientific and technological research,it is possible to marketized the positive thermal textiles.In this paper,we use the wearable textile alloy heating wire for the study.First,we analyzed the work and heat stability of the heating wire in textile,thus,we produce the heating module and using the method of equivalent orthogonal multi-integrated to evaluate the data;Creatively using the heat effect of heating wire equals to the Creole,then we depended on the most appropriate micro-climate temperature of human body to produce the wearable heating textile and test the product of thermal comfort?(1)the basic properties of heating wire research and evaluation.I.e.textile workable and thermal resistance stability.We analyzed the fineness,the linear density,the tensile strength,the strength,the elongation at break,the modulus and so on?Making sure that the heating wire meets the requirements of textile processing.By investigating the influence of the heating temperature on the resistance of the heating wire,it is determined that the heat resistance of the alloy heating wire is good.(2)The basic influencing factors of the heat generation of the new alloy heating wire were studied.Based on the linear regression equation of length and temperature and the requirement of the optimum temperature of human micro-climate,this paper studies the relationship between the ambient temperature,the length of the heating wire,the electric power and the temperature.Then we calculate the appropriate length of the heating wire.According to the human body micro-climate optimum temperature requirements to develop the voltage power of the stalls.Finally,we find out the proper heating element model.Based on the simulation study of the comfort of human body wearing,the orthogonal test was designed to study the relationship between the length of the heating wire,the electric power,the number of the cover layer and the thermal performance.The range analysis was used to determine the subjective and objective factors that affect the thermal comfort.We used the comprehensive-balanced method to balance the optimal design conditions for that how multiple indicators affect the heating performance.The relationship between the thermal performance of wearable and low-voltage electrical heating textiles was obtained.The preparation of comfortable wearable low-voltage heating textiles lays out a good theoretical basis for the further study.(3)Preparation and properties of low-voltage alloy heating wire products.In this paper,according to the relationship model and combining with the actual textile applications,we determined the length of the heating line,electric power and we developed the heating gloves and heating jacket.Properties and thermal properties of washable wearable low-voltage electrical products and textiles heat at different heat profiles and thermal stability were tested.In the end,we conclude that electric heating products have good heating and washable performance,it can be used repeatedly and people can enjoy the well thermal comfort.
