Steel as the basic industry and pillar industry of national economy,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the demand is also increasing rapidly.China is the world’s largest developing country,and the development is always a central task.Construction is paramount.At present,the high quality steel in our country needs to import.That not only increases the cost,but also produces the dependence.It is well known that the steel is energy-intensive,highly polluting enterprises,thus improving the utilization rate of energy and reducing pollution are our primary goal of environment protection.The methods of traditional steel detection are generally not online testing,timeconsuming,low detection precision,behind the industrial production,thus restricting the quality of the steel.It is not easy to determine the end.There are a lot of resources that will be wasted.Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology is based on high power pulsed laser and matter interact produces a transient plasma.Through the analysis of atoms and ions in the plasma emission spectrum characteristic spectral lines,the quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine a spectrum technology is realized.LIBS as a chemical composition analysis technology has outstanding advantages in detecting a variety of elements,no need of samples pretreatment,the real-time fast,no contact the samples.The LIBS online platform of liquid steel is constructed to do a variety of online measurement experiment and model research.It can be used to analysis the elements of the liquid steel.The internal standard method with multiple nonlinear regression method is used to analysis the Mn,Ni,Mo in the liquid steel.Analysis results show that this model of Mn,Ni,Mo has the predicted value of relative errors within 10%.It has higher perdition and strong practicability. |
