As the traction chain,ring chain is widely used in scraper conveyor,coal plough,shearer coal mine and other working machine underground.As the coal mine environment underground is bad,ring chain is easily ruptured because of wear and corrosion.Therefore,the quality of ring chain has a direct impact on the safety and reliability of its work.The material of ring chain is steel,hot-dip aluminum on steel surface can improve the corrosion resistance,wear resistance,weather resistance and other properties of steel,but the technical problems such as the leakage dip and bonding together at the connection site of chains because of the chain interlocking have not been solved in the process of hot-dip alumium in our country.So its research has a very important significance.First of all,based on the technological process of the steel wire hot dip aluminized,the design of the hot-dipped aluminizing process to ring chain is completed.The vibrating system was developed for the problems arising from the aluminum plating of the ring chain.And the process of the various devices are briefly introduced and selected.The three-dimensional geometric model of the production line was established based on Creo software.Then,based on the Creo software established the sprocket and chain link vibration model at the time of the aluminum plating.The vibration conditions of the sprocket and chain link under three different rotational speeds,four different vibration displacements and four different sprocket center distances is simulated by using Adams software.The displacement variation of the two links under different vibration parameters was obtained.Through comparative analysis get the optimal vibration parameters.It is verified that the vibrations can separate the joints of the annular chains,so that the molten aluminum can enter and a continuous and uniform hot-dip coating can be obtained.Finally,according to the optimal parameters of the simulation to select the exciter and completed the vibration system design.The static analysis and modal analysis of the exciter base in the vibration system to check its strength,and verify the exciter base in the course of work intensity enough,and will not resonate with the exciter.Putting forward the hot-dipped aluminizing process of the ring chain,the vibration system is designed and the key structural parts are designed and analyzed.The kinetic simulation shows that the vibration can make the chain connection separation and produce gap,which solved the problems such as leakage and adhesion in the hot-dip aluminizing process of the ring chain.Providing the basis for design the system of hot dip aluminum vibration of ring chain.
