Device Development And Process Test Of Desulfurizer Preparation By Using Alkaline Slag

Ammonia alkali process is the main method of industrial alkali production in alkali factory of northern China.The waste residue produced during the ammomia alkali process has a large amount and is heavily polluted,and the reuse of it is a technical problem in the industry.The issue makes use of solid alkaline slag to produce desulfurizer which has great practical significance.This paper focuses on the solid alkaline slag production during the ammomia alkali process of a China chemical corporation,and developed the equipment and technology of using solid alkaline slag,through methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experiment research.Firstly,it is analyzed the physicochemical properties of solid alkaline slag,researches homogeneous depolymerization of filter-pressed solid alkaline slag,and built a numerical simulation model in homogenizing process.Secondly,it is performs flow field simulation of four kinds of internal structure of homogenizer with different rotational speed,analyzes the influence factors of size distribution uniformity,and confirms the design parameters of equipments for break,mixing,homogenization and so on.Finally,the technological experiment is made aiming at producing qualified flue gas desulfurizer of coal-fired boiler.It is ensured strategies,methods,quality,quantity and energy conservation of the whole process,according to the characteristics and changes of alkaline slag after every procedure.Desulfuizer preparation using alkaline slag is the key technology for comprehensive utilization of solid waste of alkali factory.This paper has found out the problem existed in the size mixing process of solid alkaline slag through physicochemical analysis and experimental study,and come up with conception and strategy for the design of whole process and homogenizer structure,which provides the basis for the application of desulfurizer preparation using alkaline slag.
