The application of laser melting deposition technology can realize the connection of dissimilar titanium alloy materials.Due to the direct transition form,the transition zone size is too small to measure the performance of different tissues in the change zone.Therefore,the microstructure change of laser gradient melting process of titanium alloy gradient materials has become the focus of research.Based on this,the gradient transition of laser melting and melting of dissimilar titanium alloys is proposed by means of gradient transition.In view of the connection between two kinds of titanium alloy materials,TA15 and Ti2 Al Nb,the TA15/Ti2 Al Nb gradient transition laser melting deposition of single wall workpiece was designed and fabricated by gradient transition laser deposition.Through the study on the mechanical and material properties,different fracture modes,with increase of Ti2 Al Nb material score,changed to ?+? ? ?+?2+?/B2 ? ?+?2+?/B2+O ? ?2+B2+O organization.The transverse tensile strength gradually decreases,and the elongation increases gradually,and the microhardness of the longitudinal section is greater than the transverse tensile strength.After the Ti2 Al Nb ratio reached 50%(wt.%),the transverse fracture form of the fracture changed from micro aggregate fracture to quasi cleavage fracture.The process of laser melting deposition is complex,large amount of data,various types of data and process result,so it is necessary to establish the database system used in laser melting deposition field,but the establishment of database system in the field of laser melting deposition is still in the initial stage.Based on this,a data storage structure of laser melting deposition process is designed by using the parent-child relationship of tree structure.In view of the process of single wall for laser melting deposition of gradient materials,a single wall technology database system for gradient material laser melting deposition is designed and developed.The functions of user rights,data classification,storage and extraction,data display and so on are realized.
