As the world's most important fuel and chemical raw materials, petroleum products are widely used in the production and life,so oil is often referred to as "modern industrial blood".Since the 60 s of last century,China has been in Jilin,Heilongjiang Province and other cold areas found and developed a series of oil fields, with the rapid development of the oil industry, oil pollution has become increasingly serious. At present, the microbial remediation method is an effective technique to solve the problem of oil pollution, but the stability and adaptability of the strain still need to be solved.Due to the complex composition of petroleum,long-chain alkanes are the most difficult to degrade, for example,hexadecane(C16).Therefore,it is important to screen out the microbial resources that can degrade C16 in low temperature environment, and to carry out its degradation condition research. In this paper, peat soils in Jilin oil field and Mohe wetland were sampled, and the microorganisms with ability to degrade C16 were screened out.The 16 S rRNA gene sequence analysis method was used to classify peanut soil from molecular biology point of view.At the same time, the optimal growth conditions of microorganisms were screened out with reference to time, temperature,pH and contaminating substrate C16.The degrading gene(alkB),the alkane degrading enzyme gene alkB,The gene sequences were analyzed. The results for the cold oil pollution in China's environment research has important reference value.
