| The finishing technology of small and medium sized stainless steel tube is more and more concerned by the experts and scholars in the field.Especially in the chemical,food,pharmaceutical and other industries,the development of a simple,efficient inner surface polishing equipment,is an urgent need for the production of the factory.In driving the rotation of the grinding head polishing based mechanism of tube surface research on fluid,developed a suitable for small and medium caliber,and the ratio of length to diameter stainless steel circular pipe inner surface finishing,light the new polishing finishing grinding equipment,on the part of the structural design.The application of ANSYS and finite element analysis of turbine components was optimized.The pressure of the compressed air has a certain impact thrown in front of the grinding head device of the turbine,the turbine rotation,the high-speed rotation of the turbine drives the polishing grinding head to rotate,while mixed with diamond grit abrasive flow gas-solid fluid under the impact of soft wear-resistant grinding head thrown back automatically open,and the friction surface of pipe are produced thus,on the inner surface of the grinding.The test sample after polishing were detected using surface profilometer,verify the feasibility of the new grinding equipment,can effectively improve the processing quality of the inner surface of the pipeline,so that the surface roughness value of the original Ra1.2 μm to Ra0.3 μm. |
