Electrical sensors in the explosive environment have a more potential danger,such as tank temperature measurement,mine dust concentration measurement environment are easy to cause explosion,major accident.Based on the theory of Raman scattering,fully distributed optical fiber temperature measurement scheme is put forward,the scheme of component selection,sensing fiber package and layout,demodulation and calibration are proposed.In the aspect of data acquisition and processing,the method of linear averaging and wavelet transform soft threshold is proposed.Finally,the temperature measurement system is calibrated by experiment,in the calibration process,for the back Raman scattering light intensity ratio decreases with distance,a correction method based on e index is proposed,and MATLAB is used to fit calibration curves.By temperature measurement experiment,spatial resolution experiment verify the performance of the system.The temperature accuracy is 0.7℃ and the spatial resolution is 0.7m,which meets the system design requirements.
