Research On The Dynamic Evaluation Of Ecological Vulnerability In The Southeastern Margin Of Mu Us Sandy Land

With the raprd growth of the whole economic system, the overlapping of the fragile ecological region and the wide range of human activities, the superposition characteristics of the ecological environment is one of the core issues in the world. Especially in the case of desertification, the significant of land actually has a significant negative impact on the local natural environment, but also has a negative impact on regional construction. On the basis, the provisions of the eighteenth and the twenty-first of the revised" People's Republic of China soil and water conservation law" in 2010, especially in how to divide the areas of ecological fragility.It is urgent to study the vulnerability of the ecological environment, and to implement the feasible scheme for the division of ecological fragile areas, and to promote the implementation of the "soil and water conservation law". Maowusu Desert as a whole,covering Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia and other regions of the border, in the analysis, in the Shaanxi Yulin area is the southeastern margin of Maowusu sandy land, as the core to carry out corresponding analysis, specially covering Yuyang area, Shenmu county, Jingbian county,Hengshan county and Yuyang District in Dingbian county, opened a demonstration area of land remediation project in Yuyang area, launched a series of test and evaluating the demonstration area of ecological fragility comprehensively. The main results of this paper are as follows.(1)Based on the evaluation of the ecological environment of the project area, this paper expounds the application of the evaluation system based on the dynamic change of the index system. For the problem of evaluation and decision of complex, reference model of social management thinking, decomposed into a simple theme, making the complex issues more formal, more structured, relatively simple, not only to be able to analyze problems more thoroughly, but also from the aspects of the dialectical view of the problem, supporting management decision more effectively(2)With the help of the information processing means of knowledge platform, the data warehouse is established, the service support platform is built, the component library is built,and the components of various evaluation models are assembled, make sure the early work ready. In this paper, the evaluation of the vulnerability of the demonstration area is carried out,and the ecological restoration effect of the integrated project is discussed, and evaluate the ecological environment of the main projects after renovation. After combing, clear the theme,divided into sensitivity, stress, flexibility three themes, through specific data, the application of specific algorithms, got the specific level of ecological vulnerability.(3)According to the ecological environment sensitive topic evaluation results obtained in 2014 Yuyang district land reclamation demonstration area of the ecological environment sensitive topics for each grade of membership ranks as "moderate" "light","more light",and"more severe" and "severe","moderate" level of membership is a maximum of 0.36. For "light","more light","moderate","more severe","severe" were assigned scores 5,4,3,2,1,the final score was 3.46. The results showed that the level of ecological environment vulnerability in the demonstration area was in the "more severe" and "moderate" in 2014, which was in favor of"moderate". Compared withe the evaluation results in 2011, the quality of ecological environment decreased. The new increase in air quality daily fine rate at a more serious level,the demonstration area should take measures to control emissions of major air pollutants, such as PM2.5.(4)According to the pressure of ecological environment of the theme, the evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in 2014 was only slightly higher than the "more light",also in 2011 the comprehensive index method results are slightly lower than the"moderate", so the results of 2016, the utilization efficiency of water resources and land resources can be further improved, the total agricultural output there is still room for improvement in output.(5)According to the ecological environment of the elastic theme, by the sensitivity analysis results showed that compared with 6?9 years of monthly rainfall, the sensitivity of vegetation coverage rate is higher, the greater impact on the ecological environment of the elastic demonstration area, so the importance of vegetation coverage, more likely to improve the demonstration area of the ecological environment flexibility, and ensure healthy development of ecological environment demonstration area.The research and analysis of adaptation, integrated platform for rapid decision-making evaluation system based on response, improving the decision-making ability, evaluating the ecological environment in Yuyang District Ji Han Cun project demonstration area of vulnerability specifically and comprehensively for the sustainable development of ecological demonstration zones has a theoretical significance.
