The Application And Exploration Of Micro-lesson Teaching Design In Vocational Training School-based Curriculum

With the arrival of micro information age,people’s ways of accepting and receiving information have made great changes.The research of Microlecture in China is a new hot in modern education,especially in the teaching idea called “constrctivism”,which is students-centered.Microlecture believes that the acquisition of any kind of ability is established by the learners themselves based on the original ones,not by the one-way teaching from the teacher.And the development and application of Microlecture promote the teaching idea and make it achieved better as well as gain a long-term development.Microlecture is a new sort of Internet curriculum resource,which is based on operating points,performing in the form of micro-video,including the supportive and extendable resources such as micro-teaching plan,mico-opetation,“micro-courseware”,micro-reflection,micro-evaluation.Microlecture is unique for its short and pithy,so each class is generally limited in 10 minutes,tally with learners’ learning characteristics.People’s visual attention often lasts only for 5 to 8 minutes.So,Microlecture is very practical,it can be not only a teaching resource but also study online through the mobile terminals.The characteristics of this course makes itself as the teacher’s favor.It has been applied in many courses and makes rapid development in general education.However,it hasn’t been applied to vocational teaching especially jade processing in national crafts.Apprenticeship has its advantages in teaching jade processing,but it also exists some problems such as unclear teaching goals,arbitrary teaching process,rigid teaching activities and limited teaching aids.Microlecture can make up for this flaw,though.The course o f jade processing needs a large quantities of instance and learning of processing techniques.And because of the particularity of this course,we also need a lot of jade rubble as teaching aids,which leads to high cost and limit of instance.If we can use video to record the masters’ working process to make the Microlecture,we can provide students with an autonomic learning method as well as make it possible for them to learn from the masters without the limit of space and time.Meanwhile,students can appreciate a large collection of competitive products athome and abroad using Microlecture,which is beneficial to improve students’ appreciation ability,broaden their thoughts of carving and develop their higher-order thinking skill.
