| In recent years,the pollution is becoming more and more serious.Supercapacitors,as a novel energy because of its evirounmentally friendliness have broad prospects in application.The vanadium oxide as supercapacitor electrode materials with high theoretical capacity,rich raw material source and excellent electrochemical performance,have become a research hotspot.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic chargeedischarge(GCD)and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).1.In this work,the vanadium pentoxidenanomaterials with uniform size of 1μm were synthesized through adjusting the concentration of vanadium pentoxide,H2O2 dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time and the concentration of citric acid disodium via a facile hydrothermal process.The results show that V2O5 crystal shape,the main diffraction peaks and axial length have a great influence on the electrochemical properties.Orthogonal crystal system main diffraction peaks in 20.2° and 21.7°,the reaction process have both electric double layer capacitors and capacitance.Simultaneously,the electrochemical performance of V2O5 nanowires was analyzed in 0.5 M K2SO4,showing that the specific capacitance is 523.91 F/g at the current density of 0.5 A/g,and at the scanning rate of 5 mv/s,the specific capacitance is 528.15 F/g.Besidws,the specific capacitance retention is 68% when the current density increase to 5 A/g.2.The V2O5 / RGO powders were prepared by hydrothermal method with adding the concentration of 2 mg/mL graphene oxide.The results show the specific capacitance is 739.16 F/g when the current density at 0.5 A/g which is suporior 40% than other V2O5 supercapacitors.Besides,the capacitance retention is 75% when the current increased 5 A/g.3.The V2O5 / RGO hydrogel was synthesized via a hydrothermal process and sliced for the electrochemical performance test.The results showed that the performance of hydrogel composition is optimal in 0.4 mg/mL.And Under the condition of 5 mV /s,the specific capacitance is as high as 480.98 F/g and the capacitance retention is 70% form 5 to 100 mV/s. |
