With the deteriorating environment,coal and port enterprises of dust pollution and waste in the process of waste caused by more and more people’s attention.The coal and the port enterprises in our country in the aspect of environmental pollution and although the windproof net,as well as the timing sprinkler and other measures,but still failed to fundamentally solve the problem of environmental pollution,and brings the problems such as low working efficiency,energy waste is serious.Based on this,the premise for ensuring the normal operation of the port,the intelligent control system of water research it becomes very important.First,this paper introduces the intelligent control system of water project background and research significance,research status at home and abroad,briefly expounds the project and the research achievements of domestic ports intelligent sprinkler system.Then,according to the principle of aerodynamics,introduce yard internal and external factors of dust,under the condition of operation with the operation conditions for the estimation of the amount of dust,finally to detailed description of the diffusion rule of dust,brief introduction of the common dust diffusion model.The dust condition of Caofeidian port yard on field measurements,and according to the observation data to draw yard humidity and dust quantity relation curve,yard relation curve of air flow velocity and the dust capacity,and through the analysis of the measured data of dusting factors existing dust diffusion model,determine the ADMS model is the most suitable for dust diffusion model of Caofeidian port,provide theory support for the design of the control system of intelligent sprinkler.Finally,based on Caofeidian port,and design a set of intelligent water control system.Using the temperature and humidity,wind speed sensor,dust concentration sensor to collect the yard of the air quality indicators.The sensor signal to the processing,central control room using Factory Talk View PC software combined with SQL database the receiving and processing the signal in real time,then spray gun spray control instruction,achieve precise sprinkler.After implementation,based on intelligent control system of water technology will end the bold type sprinkler way,on the basis of realize the automatic sprinkler system,intelligent realize make full use of water resources,to achieve real energy conservation and environmental protection,has wide application value,bring good economic benefits and social benefits for enterprises.
