Fouling is inevitable in industrial production and daily life,the existence of scaling can result in enormous economic loss for the operator of the heat exchanger and even cause security accidents.Therefore,to prevent the formation of scale on the heat exchang-er walls efficiently,the research of a variety of methods and techology have been become a hot issue.Because of it’s preponderance of lower cost,easy operation,environmentally friendly and significant effect;electromagnetic anti-fouling technology is one of the most efficient and highly focused methods.Forthermore,electromagnetic anti-fouling technol-ogy is a effective method of descaling,sterilization,algae removal,and corrosion inhibi-tion.On the one hand,due to the complexity of hard water’s ingredient;on the other hand,on accout of the wide difference of various researchers’experimental environment,those findings are inconsistent.Therefore,many challenges emerge when researchers attempt to explain the mechanism of electromagnetic anti-fouling technology.In view of those present necessities,besides,molecular dynamics is accounted as one of the most effective tool on studying the properties of the scale-forming ions from the micro perspective.First of all,non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations were performed and some kinetic parameters and thermodynamic parameters of CaCl2 aqueous solution were taken as indicators to compare the different effects on the anti-fouling per-formance before and after the existence of alternating electromagnetic field,in addition,a number of discussion as well as analysis of scale prevention mechanism have been sup-ported.Then,non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations were performed and kinetic parameters and thermodynamic parameters of Ca Cl2 aqueous solution were taken as indi-cators to compare the different effects on the anti-fouling performance by applying differ-ent frequencies of alternating electromagnetic field under varies tempretures,likewise,further analysis of scale prevention mechanism have been supported.At last,electrical impulse electromagnetic water treatment system was been designed.Artificial hard water circulation system,which was prepared in our laboratory according to the practical industrial processes,has been used to study the impact of alternating elec-tromagnetic field on the conductivity of hard water.Moreover,anti-scalling efficiencies of alternating electromagnetic field with varies function time have been measured.Above all,scale prevention mechanism have been explained on both micro and macro levels. |
