With the improvement of informationization,mechanization and intelligence of coal mining,a large number of automation equipment has been installed in coal mining of simple geological condition and stable coal seam.the widespread use of large mechanized coal mining equipment brings greater output of coal dust.In order to provide coal mine workers more healthy working environment,this paper use 416 working face in HuangLing No.2 coal mine as the research objec,studies the optimization parameters of dust-isolation measures with air curtain in coal mine face,through air curtain from the air curtain machine to block the spread of dust from drumpoint to coal mine workers’ working area,to ensure coal mine workers in healthy environment and electronic equipment in good running condition.By analyzing the influence factors of dust migration in fully-mechanized working face,we concluded that respiratory dust is mainly influenced by working face’s wind flow and transverse wind flow in drum side,dust concentration in coal mining machine is influenced by the,upperside drum,this provide theoretical basis for the numerical simulation of dust migration in fully-mechanized working face.By studying the theory of dust-isolation air curtain machine,we can know that the dust-isolation effect is closely related to the machine’s outlet width,wind speed and angle.To ensure that the air curtain machine can have good dust-isolation effect,we need to study the parameters of outlet width,speed and angle,this clear about the numerical simulation direction of dust-isolation effect of the air curtain machine.By Fluent numerical simulation calculation,we conclude the influence law of working face’s wind speed to dust migration,among them,wind flow change caused by coal winning machine,has a greater influence on the change of dust concentration.Under proper wind speed in working face,we identified dust concentration in coal winning machine point as research object to study dust-isolation technique.To compare the numerical simulation of the three aspects that influence the dust-isolation effect of air curtain machine,we get the installation optimization parameters of air curtain machine in HuangLing No.2 coal mine’s 416 working face:the installation position should be to keep air curtain machine’s front and windward side roller’s front the same level;air curtain machine’s outlet width is 0.04 m;air curtain machine’s outlet speed is 11 m/s;air curtain machine’s outlet wind flow is about 5° slants to drum side.
