| Heavy steep-thick Coal seam in the process of the safe and efficient mining to impact of coal and rock dynamic disasters is one of the important problem for the coal mine safety production.Along with the deepening of mining depth and mining disturbance,the influence of the mechanism of coal and rock impact disasters is complex,the effective monitoring and prevention is more difficult.And single means of monitoring and control technology and can not accurately achieve the result of monitoring and control,joint monitoring of multiple means and different prevention measures can be more scientific and accurate monitoring and control of coal rock impact disasters.For special geology and mine coal and rock the specific impact disasters of typical accident in the south mining area for Wu dong coal mine of Xinjiang,the steeply inclined thick coal seam in fully mechanized working face of coal rock impact mechanism of disasters,monitoring methods and measures of prevention and control of study.Due to the special structure of coal and rock occurrence,south mining to face the east mine coal and rock is mainly for the impact of disasters cause disaster caused B2-B3 rock pillars,through specific practice and theoretical research of the mining,think of rock pillars "leverage" is the key of coal and rock impact disasters,therefore put forward using rock pillars "leverage" theory analysis of coal and rock impact the mechanism.Joint monitoring mainly microseismic monitoring and underground sound on-line monitoring is given priority to,to the sound of electromagnetic radiation and cuttings method of monitoring means,in the fully mechanized coal face and heading face layout on monitoring probe online real-time monitoring,the monitoring of abnormal regions in the implementation of the electromagnetic radiation and verified cuttings monitoring,so as to achieve effective monitoring,avoided because of the complexity and diversity of coal seam occurrence and subject to outside interference inlarge-scale space dimension and field monitoring,the influence of such factors as the distortion of monitoring result.Analysis,according to the results of the joint monitoring of coal rock impact implement danger-relief areas,mainly for B2-B3 rock pillars in fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining working face blasting,water injection in coal seam roof and floor bloom blasting,for coal water softening;In excavating surface mainly adopts large diameter pressure relief of pressure relief and grooving,for specific area and blasting,measures such as strengthening support,coal seam affusion to reduce or prevent stress concentration of coal and rock,thus effective prevention and control of coal and rock impact disasters.Our research results could not Heavy steep-thick Coal seam in fully mechanized working face of coal rock dynamic disasters monitoring and prevention and control has a certain impact guiding meaning,but also have certain reference significance for similar geological conditions of mining coal mine rock dynamic disasters. |
