As the main bearing component of the hydraulic support,the column is one of the vulnerable parts in the coal mine machine,and its performance directly affects the safety and reliability of the whole support.Aiming at the problems of the failure of the hydraulic support colimn,such as pitting and wear,taking 27SiMn steel as the base material of hydraulic support column,using laser cladding remanufacturing technology,in the 27SiMn steel surface laser clad iron-based alloy,and the microstructure and properties of the samples after laser cladding were analyzted.Through the analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic support and the failure form of the column.the reasonable cladding scheme of the cohumn surface is determined,including the cladding material,the powder feeding method,the process parameters and the processing environment.An iron-based alloy cladding layer was prepared by controlling a single variable method on the surface of a steel base material 27SiMn steel with a semiconductor laser.The microstructure of the laster cladding sample was characterized by a mctallographic microscope,and a set of the best laser cladding experiment parameters were determined.The multilayer cumulative laser cladding experiment was carried out using the process parameters,and the micro structure of the cladding layer was analyzed.Using microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine,tensile properties of laser cladding samples were characterized,the purpose of this paper is to study the effect of different laser processing parameters on the tensile properties of coated specimens,the optimum technological parameters for the tensile properties of a set of samples were dcetermined,using the above parmeters to study the laser cladding,and the tensile properties of the cladding layrer were analyzed.The microhardness of the samples under different process parameters was analyzed,the friction and wear experiments were performed by using a set of process parameters with better microhardness,the effect of rotating speed and load on the wear resistance of the cladding samples was studied.
