| Combined pollution pesticides in farmland environment can change the soil structure, soil enzyme activity and soil microorganism, poison plants as well as contaminate surface and groundwater. In recent years, combined pollution was gradually increasing. In order to explain the drainage ditch and drainage of the concentration of pesticides in water, combined pesticides were choosed as the research object, their migration patterns including adsorption and leaching in the soil were studied,to provides theory basis for repairing pesticide pollution in water;and the effect of phytoremediation on pesticides was studied.(1)The typical commonly used pesticides atrazine, chlorpyrifos and fenvalerate were choosed, and the research on the rules of their adsorption in soil was studied. The influence factors such as the adsorption time and organic matter content, and the balance the adsorption process of pesticides in soil were respectively investigated.(2)Migration patterns of pesticides including atrazine, chlorpyrifos and fenvalerate was studied by soil column experiment with adding different doses and different soil types. That would provide certain theoretical basis for pesticide from soil to water body environment migration.(3)Plants and microorganisms play an important role in ditch wetlandsystem. In order to better application of the phytoremediation technology, the plants including Epipremnum, aureum stone calamus and capejasmine were choosed to test the removal effect of the three pesticides;and degrad ation kinetics of chlorpyrifos by capejasmine was studied. |
