| With the development of human society,the car is an indispensable means of transportation,and the tire,as an essential part of the car,has a broad market.The tire building machine is the key craft equipment for producing tires,whose performance directly determines the quality of the tire and the production efficiency,and its automatic conveying technology is the technical difficulties of the entire equipment.Under the premise of meeting the standard of the tire manufacturing process,the automatic conveying technology needs to focus on product quality and production capacity.In this regard,under the needs of enterprises,this article takes uni-stage car tire building machine as the background,and conducting following studies:(1)According to the demands of actual production,paper set the technical parameters and the accuracy indicators of uni-stage car tire building machine,and came up with the overall plan of the equipment.According to the nature of the semi-finished rubber parts of car tires,then paper put forward the conveying method and designed the key function device in the process.(2)According to the process of semi-finished rubber parts,the key function device sequence was reasonably arranged.Using the three-dimensional software,paper designed the three-dimensional graphics of servicer,and camp up with frame,the foundation installation,the control system and the ergonomics of uni-stage car tire building machine.(3)According to the overall structure of the conveying system of the uni-stage car tire building machine,paper arranged the transport program of the rubber parts,listed the rubber delivery schedule,and carried out the analysis of the measuring length and cutting of the conveying system.(4)Using the ADAMS Software to conduct the dynamic simulating analysis of the belt delivery of the uni-stage car tire building machine.The results of this study can be applied to other types of tire building machines.It has a significant reference to the improvement of the automation of tire building machine in China. |
