Polyamide(PA)is a kind of polymer materials which have wide range of products,and it is also called nylon,it is also the most consumable materials in the five general engineering plastic.Polyamide plays an important role since it has been invented,as its high mechanical properties,fairly good wear resistance,pretty well solvent resistance and self-lubricating.But accumulation of electrostatic charge of polyamide has tremendously limited its developments and application,so it is very necessary to improve the electrical conductivity of polyamide materials.In this paper,PA66 fiber was selected as substrate materials,we improved the electrical conductivity of polyamide by three different methods:1.Preparation of PA/PANI composite conductive by in situ polymerizationPANI is a kind of conducting polymer which possesses the most commercial promising because of its thermal and chemical stabilities,high yield,and the inexpensive monomer,and the preparation is very simple.Meanwhile,PANI has simple acid-doping/de-doping chemistry,the conductivity is alterable by change the condition of polymerization reaction.PANI is insolubility and infusibility and its composite materials can hardly prepared by blending methods,the PA/PANI composite conductive fiber was prepared by in situ polymerization that monomer polymerized on the surface of fiber.The conductivity of PA fiber was improved and the processibility of PANI is also solved;2.Preparation of PANI/PA-grafting-Polyacrylic acid(PAA)composite conducting fiber by in-situ methodThe polyacrylic acid(PAA)was grafted on the surface of the fiber for improving the interfacial adhesive property between PANI and fiber.The grafting technology was discussed and the effect that grafting ratio for the conductivity of conductive composite fiber was also discussed;3.Graphene/carbon nanotube(CNT)grafted on the surface of polyamide fiber to improve the electrical conductivityGraphene/carbon nanotube(CNT)respectively grafted on the surface of polyamide fiber,the grafting technology for the conductive composite was discussed.FTIR,TGA,Optical Microscope,SEM were used to detect and analyze their structures and micro-morphologies.And the property of rub resistance,the conductivity of water resistance and the stability at high temperature of different conducting composite fibers were test.In this paper we prepared conducting composite fibers by different methods,and the conductive composite fiber would applied extensively in sensor network,electromagnetic shielding materials,antistatic costume and other applications.
