| Chloroprene rubber CR has excellent physical mechanical properties and flame retardant properties,when a little chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM)was added to the CR rubber,it could solve the problems of easy sticky roller and mixing difficulty when CR rubber was processing.However,CR rubber is synthetic diolefins rubber with unsaturated carbon carbon double bonds on the molecular chains,and CM rubber has a kind of completely saturated polar rubber,so they have obvious difference when curing.In order to improve the properties of the two blends,in this paper,respectively using cis-butenedioic anhydride MAH and glycidyl methacrylate GMA to melt grafting modified CM rubber,and the optimum grafting formula and processing formula were optimized by orthogonal experimental method.The grafted CM rubber was tested and characterized by IR,and compared with non-grafted CM rubber on the vulcanization and physical properties.And the graft modified rubber was obtained.At the end of this paper,the graft rubber and CR rubber were blended in different proportions,and studied the best ratio and the co curing property of the two groups.(1)The CM rubber was melt grafting modified by MAH,the IR spectra showed that the anhydride group was grafted onto the molecular chain of CM rubber.The orthogonal test method was used to analyze the formula and process,and studied the effects of the ratio of MAH and BPO on the properties of grafted CM rubber.When the grafting formula is 100 phr CM rubber,3phr MAH,0.5phr benzoyl peroxide BPO,0.8phr CPL,HAAKE processing 9min*120℃,the comprehensive properties of the CM-g-MAH rubber were excellent.(2)The CM rubber was melt grafting modified by GMA,the IR spectra showed that the epoxy group was grafted onto the molecular chain of CM rubber,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the formula and process,and studied the effect of HAAKE melt grafting temperature and time on the properties of grafted CM rubber.When the grafting formula is 100 phr CM rubber,2phr GMA,0.4phr BPO,1.2phr CPL,HAAKE processing technology is 12min*110℃,the comprehensive properties of the CM-g-GMA rubber were excellent.(3)With different curing systems separately vulcanize CR,CM and grafted CM,using the compound TCHC curing system can obtain the best comprehensive properties of vulcanized CR rubber.Using peroxide DCP/TAIC vulcanization system to vulcanizate CM rubber was the fastest.Using thiadiazolesPT75/903 vulcanization system to CM rubber can obtain the best mechanical properties.Compared with the CM rubber,the curing time was shortened about 10 minutes and the tensile strength was increased about 10 MPa by metal oxide ZnO vulcanization system to curing grafted CM rubber.(4)When metal oxide ZnO vulcanization system to curing different proportion of grafted CM/CR rubber,with the increase of the proportion of the grafted CM rubber in the blends,the scorch time is prolonged,and the curing time is gradually extended.When the MCM/CR blending ratio is 30/ 70 or GCM/ CR blending ratio is 30/ 70,the modified blends have the best comprehensive performance.And the comprehensive properties of MCM/ CR blends are better than GCM/ CR blends. |
